Marketing Campaign Manager with In-House Creative Team

We're working with a large, national brand to find a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their in-house creative services team!

Start: As soon as the right candidate is found
Duration: Ongoing; no end date
Hours per week: 40; some overtime required during major project initiatives
Location: Onsite at client’s office in Hurst (Free onsite parking. Train stop across the street.)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting projects with the in-house creative team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with industry/product segment managers, sales, communications, internal departments and other key stakeholders to develop and execute marketing communications programs with high value/high return on investment (ROI).

Projects will encompass multi-faceted marketing and communications activities, brand management, advertising, sales support, collateral development, events, sponsorships, promotions, trade shows and more. You’ll also act as a brand champion, ensuring global brand standards and common look and feel guidelines are met and upheld across all projects. This is a hands-on, tactical role. **Initial project work will be more at the coordinator level while learning the company's business and best practices.**

-Exceptional project management, organizational skills with knowledge of business, sales, marketing and management principles involved in marketing communications strategic planning, production methods, resource allocation and coordination efforts to deliver results.
-Responsible for directly interfacing with stakeholders (departments or channel marketing partners requesting the work), collecting project requirements, developing solutions and working through possible roadblocks that may include budget, schedules, resources and missing information.
-Interface with the customer and maintain the relationship and manage expectations throughout the duration of the project
-Able to consistently uphold a professional demeanor even during stressful situations while doing what it takes to get the job done accurately, on or ahead of schedule, within brand standards and on budget every time.
-Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, writers and other specialists, ensuring proper tracking of tasks
-Experience with project-management software (enterprise or proprietary)
-Must possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills, being a power user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
-Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. (For example, the ability to resize an image in Photoshop, or make a copy change in InDesign without a designer's help.)

-Agency experience is a plus, or experience managing clients as part of an in-house creative team
-Must be skilled at tracking and scheduling multiple projects, keeping them and all their respective components moving concurrently to achieve deadlines.
-Must be adaptable and flexible, with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with moving deadlines, deliverables and priorities.
-Strong project management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong business writing skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Must be comfortable managing ambiguity
-Not easily flustered with a calm demeanor
-Someone who makes things happen and gets it done!
