Marketing Campaign Manager

Our client is seeking a contact-to-hire Marketing Campaign Manager in Shoreview, MN. This position would likely be 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be available to work onsite in Shoreview, MN but some remote (and/or off hours) work could be accommodated.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work with the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to help drive revenue with differentiated and effective programs and messaging. The right candidate will bring a combination of planning and execution experience to support B2B lead generation campaigns and event driven marketing. Candidate will work with analytics and marketing team members to facilitate execution through integrated marketing initiatives. Execution of the plans includes development/implementation of strategy and creative briefs and execution plans through email and direct mail campaigns, event-driven marketing automation, and campaign analysis using lead and customer metrics.


Job Functions:
* Responsible for initiating, creating and executing multi-touch demand generation plans, programs and content to effectively generate leads, promote the brand, and drive awareness and demand for products and solutions. Document results including lessons learned to refine future campaigns
* Manage creative brief process and follow up with internal resources and agency vendors as necessary to execute flawlessly
* Collaborate with Demand Generation Program Manager in project planning of marketing campaigns
* Work with Lead Management and Analytics peers to implement tracking methodologies to enhance the demand creation process and results, including response and conversion rates.
* Partner with analytics resources for list identification and economic projections to track program success in terms of qualified leads
* Work with sales and product marketing to confirm positioning and key messages
* Work with content marketing team to deliver relevant content for buyer roles to consume in a variety of formats across the customer’s buying cycle
* Deliver programs through operational and creative execution including collaborating with marketing team members
* Participate in analysis of results of campaigns, including recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with marketing operations and online marketing team to leverage the marketing automation platform and integrate with existing sales processes and sales force automation platform
* Position may include other duties as determined by the company.


Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)
* 4+ Years of experience coordinating integrated marketing programs in B2B, B2B2C, or B2C


Preference given to:
* Master’s Degree
* Experience in the Financial Services industry
* Experience in B2B Marketing environment
* Experience supporting product management or marketing through analysis and project management
* Experience supporting sales force with qualified leads
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com
* Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform

* Self-motivated, ability to plan and collaboratively run programs. Personable with strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate program elements to marketing personnel, and deliver presentation material to a variety of audiences.
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet project deadlines in a timely manner.
* Ability to identify gaps, research solutions, implement plans and analyze project performance
* Solid business acumen, with ability to communicate objectives and outcomes with marketing leaders and program interfaces
* Planning - demonstrated project planning skills
* Execution - strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to deliver against deadlines and juggle multiple tasks and projects
* Teamwork - close collaboration with the team, including sales support via Salesforce.com
* Ability to work independently and on teams to influence team decisions
* Results tracking - demonstrated ability to gather and compare data from different sources to report on results and implications
* Conceptual skills - trying distinctive and creative ways to design campaigns
* Customer - passionate about messaging to the right person at the right time with the right offer; a working understanding of B2B customer lifecycle management
* Continuous Learning – clear appetite for learning; can show how newly gained knowledge and skill can be applied on the job
