Job Description
Primary Goals:
• Collaborate with account leadership to develop in-store campaigns that are both store associate and consumer facing, retailer over retailer, based on client directed topics
• Drive campaign development from start to finish including: messaging, planning, and in-store materials
Specific Responsibilities:
• Work with account leadership to assess client directed topics and their relevance by retailer
• Determine application of topics to top retailers (in order of priority) and develop propositions for each retailer to influence both retail associate and consumer behavior, including how to drive in-store traffic
• Prepare retailer sell in decks that provide campaign overviews
o Build retailer specific PowerPoint decks that outline campaigns including messaging, materials, and incentives
• Develop campaign messaging:
o Develop in-store messaging for Store Associates
o Develop in-store messaging for Consumers
o Develop scripts for in-store Brand Reps
o Provide copywriting for campaign materials
• Develop campaign materials, such as:
o Retailer Kit – (introduces campaign to retailer)
o Store associate facing campaign collateral and incentives
o Consumer facing campaign collateral and incentives
o In-store materials to support in-aisle brand reps
• Develop campaign tie-ins with online learning platform
o Drive sales associate traffic to learning website
o Determine materials needs to promote learning website among store associates
o Ensure prizes are relevant to associates and retailers
