Marketing Campaign Manager

This is an onsite 6 month temp to perm position based in Midtown NYC. Must have strong corporate/agency experience managing direct and digital marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Consultant will develop and execute multi-product direct response marketing plans and campaigns targeting broad-market segments, members and/or customers of sponsors ranging from publishing, subscriber, healthcare and others. The Marketing Consultant is responsible for analyzing campaign results and modifying and making recommendations on test strategies.
Functional Responsibilities:
• Develops integrated marketing campaigns utilizing direct mail, email, banner ads, print ads, digital components such as landing pages and microsites and new media to raise customer awareness of product offerings
• Details the marketing plan/strategy for internal teams so they may align their functional responsibilities for achieving goals.
• Measures and reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Works with Campaign Management team to ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Works closely with the Campaign Management, Legal/Compliance, Actuarial, Branding, Creative/Digital agencies, Sales and/or the client sponsor
• Assists with data-mining and plans for profiling, modeling, analytics, research, and B2B Marketing
• Works closely with Market Intelligence to acquire relevant research to deliver sound market intelligence for development of strategies.
• Provides marketing and project management consultative services to assigned business areas.
• Engages in cross-functional teams to help develop projects or to implement marketing programs.
• Cultivates a trusting relationship with internal and external partners while representing and maintaining the interest of client and our team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None but will provide marketing and product knowledge guidance as needed to campaign execution and operations team.
Typical Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business
• 5+ years with relevant direct marketing, digital and campaign development, execution and management experience in the B2C market.
• Experience in both the marketing agency and client-sides of the business a plus.
• Experience in a marketing environment in particular, affinity marketing a plus.
• Experience in marketing insurance and/or financial products highly preferred
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at the same time
• Proven experience navigating through a large, complex organization with intricate and broad product sets and multiple internal clients.
• Strong project management skills
• Proven experience managing marketing programs with adherence to efficient customer acquisition costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
• High energy, positive, polished individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Great collaborator with the ability to focus on both the big picture and micro details.
