Marketing Campaign Manager: £36-38k doe +10% bonus

My client is a global commercial property company looking for a new marketing campaign manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be in a similar role, managing all campaigns both print and digital.

You must have excellent communication skills, and be happy to present and report on the success of campaigns. You will be the main liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will take full responsibility of campaigns through from concept to delivery. There is some creative scope and you are encouraged to input ideas and write content should this be of interest.

Advanced excel skills (e.g. v-look ups) are a must along with a strong working knowledge of email packages such at dot mailer.


• Act as a central point in the management, coordination, internal communication and execution of all marketing campaigns - and drive their timely execution
• Acts as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, the Design team and any external agencies/suppliers to ensure campaigns are run to time and budget.
• Support and own projects from inception to completion for a variety of campaigns and ensure integration with other business divisions where required
• Ensure proper campaign tracking and establish internal benchmarks for performance measurement
• Measure and control campaign effectiveness to ensure demonstrable return on investment for all activity
• Drive increased awareness and appreciation of campaigns internally: ensure circulation of results and follow up actions to all stakeholders
• Assist with reporting: monthly budget, creative report and CEO report

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Strong project management experience: ability to manage challenging and sometimes unpredictable time-scales, and anticipate issues.
• Team player with real team ethos, customer focus and `can-do’ attitude.
• Self-starter with excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Dynamic and flexible
