Marketing Campaign Development Specialist

Our client, a large financial institution located in Northern Virginia is seeking a Data Analyst for a six month contract-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:

· Participates in developing and implementing Marketing strategies
· Responsible for developing strategies around all stages of product and member life-cycle (i.e., acquisition, on-boarding, activation/usage/relationship maintenance, and retention)
· Develops and maintains predictive models using data mining tools (e.g. SAS/JMP, SPSS/Clementine) and applies those models to enhance member targeting and identify key business opportunities.
· Develops program initiatives utilizing segmentation strategies based on customer behaviors, business drivers, competitive environment and past program results
· Performs other duties as necessary

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
· Experience in Epiphany, Aprimo or Unica a MUST
· Significant knowledge and experience in marketing campaign “life-cycle” management and a broad range of marketing research tools, trends and technologies - e.g. Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, JMP, SPSS, SQL, and CRM platforms such as Infor/Teradata
· Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Excellent experience communicating and presenting technical results to shareholders and senior management in a clear, concise and understandable language
· Experience with automated systems, data mining , and CRM platforms
• Master’s Degree/MBA in Marketing, Business or related field
