Aquent is looking for a seasoned Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our client's in-house team to manage database marketing and conversion campaigns. This individual will manage the upkeep of marketing campaign related documentation of business rules, timing of promotion coding, data and vendor feed files. They will also advise on, support and implement new or changing marketing campaign files that leverage the marketing related and IT marketing database systems and processes.

Individual will also have primary responsibility for overseeing marketing data quality, which will include routine campaign data and feed file reporting & analysis as well as participation in any campaign improvement efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain Campaign business rules documentation, including: Best Practices, Campaign/Brand/Exclusion Templates, Process Flow, Promotion Coding Schedule Templates, etc.
• Review designs, implementation, and schedules of Campaign Flows per Best Practices
• Evaluates, interprets, & supports documentation of Selection & Output specifications/requirements for Direct Mail, Email, and Outbound Telemarketing campaigns
• Routinely QC marketing campaign activity – file delivery/timing, file content as well as the marketing vendor’s use of campaign file data
• Liaison with Marketing Business Intelligence and Campaign Management operations teams in support of marketing campaign files (or related marketing data) for the conversion marketing team
• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels via enterprise marketing management system / processes
• Work with marketing managers and IT to develop new / modify or delete existing campaign files through the development of campaign file specifications
• For new direct marketing tests, consult with marketing managers and ultimately execute campaign files and/or campaign file segmentation related to test
• Participate in other enterprise initiatives to improve data quality that ultimately impacts marketing campaign files / marketing data
• As needed, work with external vendors to ensure high quality execution of marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems and business systems analysis or equivalent experience in database marketing, marketing communications or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in database marketing, database management, project management, and customer relationship management systems.
• A MUST: Minimum of 5 years experience with Unica Affinium Campaign Management

Technical Skills:
• A MUST: Experience with SQL and running queries for data analysis, data quality, and adhoc counts and reports
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

This is an on-site opportunity working 40 hours a week. Please note this is not a role where you will have an opportunity to manage a team.
