Marketing Campaign Analyst - PM

Responsibilities:
- Leverage user insights and data to launch targeted marketing campaigns on social and programmatic platforms (global)
- Bid and continually optimize marketing campaigns to hit performance goals (order volume, ROI etc.)
- Own channel performance and P&L responsibility
- Contribute to weekly performance calls and quarterly business reviews
- Provide analytical insight into social trends and strategize adjustments to improve performance. Extract and manipulate data to prepare reports and utilize that data to make recommendations
- Collaborate, innovate and execute among other marketing channelsQualifications, Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
- Previous campaign optimization experience (e.g. SEM, Facebook direct response ads or display/programmatic campaigns) required.
- Experience in the ecommerce space required (travel industry experience, a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Experience outlining campaign strategy, managing campaign reporting and synthesizing results into shareable and digestible information
- Experience managing global campaigns across multiple objectives preferred.
- A|B Testing experience a plus
- Heavy analytical skills
- Experience/ability to compose ads by writing ad copy and choosing imagery
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on getting things done
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required
