Marketing CRM Automation Specialist

One of our regular clients is looking for a Best of Breed B2B Marketing Automation & Solutions Specialist that is smart, savvy and hands on. The client is in the midst of large growth mode, which is fostering a very dynamic and innovative environment. This position requires allot of measuring, tracking and reacting to data and information as it is received. Strong proficiency and or Certification in Marketo is required. Demand generation and engaging new leads is part of the daily tasks. Knowledge of industry trends and new tools is a bonus as well as a strong knowledge of B2B best practices.

Overview:
The marketing automation specialist will be responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution. This role is tactically focused on the execution of marketing automation platform: Marketo.

Primary roles and responsibilities:
• Marketo administration and campaign execution
• Design/implement marketo drip, nurture programs
• Assists in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy
• Creates emails, landing pages, forms and reports within Marketo, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
• Creates nurturing and scoring programs to support the Demand Gen efforts
• Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by Marketo and related applications
• Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists into Marketo and retain smart list and segmentation
• Trains marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within Marketo system
Other related tasks:
• Sales force automation (particularly from Marketo to SFDC linkage perspective)
• Content management/Web content management
• Service-level agreement adherence.
Required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business
• experiecnce administering a sales force automation
• Marketo administration experience and or certification
• Experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing)

Related skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and
business decisions
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced process diagramming skills (e.g. Visio)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
