Marketing Brand Manager

This individual will lead the implementation of corporate brand programs and manage brand processes, both globally and locally, partnering closely with the brand team. This position requires close collaboration with the cross-functional teams responsible for demand generation, ecommerce, digital experience, integrated channel management, product marketing, and internal communications.

Tasks & responsibilities

A self-starter with the willingness to take initiative, forge 'new paths' and find innovative solutions.
Proven experience developing, planning and executing brand and marketing programs, campaigns and activities that that generate brand awareness, preference and loyalty with measureable results.
Experience managing brand related initiatives and processes such as naming strategy and implementation, brand strategy implementation for mergers and acquisitions, brand architecture implementing, brand ambassadorship program, and corporate identity maintenance
Able to think strategically and translate opportunities into action plans.
Experience working within a rapidly-growing company.
Experience managing agencies (advertising, brand consulting, and other creative services firms)
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communications, aligning brand strategies and tactical plans.
Able to influence Senior Management decisions and participate/facilitate in key discussions.
Maintain company brand integrity across all product lines, advertising and all other internal and external communications as it pertains to the brand.
Understand relevant marketplace dynamics and customer needs.
Recommend market research needs.
Oversee spend and forecast.
Ensure that deliverables are entered into company's internal project management system (Aprimo) as needed.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills and familiarity with automated project management tools preferred.
Prepare weekly and quarterly status reports.
