Marketing B2C Specialist

The primary purpose of this role is to help create, execute, and optimize CRM B2C programs that increase customer lifetime value for both the client and its retail partners (primarily telecom carriers).

Responsibilities:
Create customer lifecycle marketing frameworks and strategies to attract and retain loyal Android customers through retail partners
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated, multi-channel CRM programs (online, email, SMS, in-app, in-store)
Build business cases / conduct ROI analysis to support proposed programs with retail partners
Lead overall project management functions and deliverables for Partner CRM projects
Assess feasibility of plans and KPIs with both internal and external stakeholders, which may include writing business requirements documents
Manage relationships with creative agencies and partners
Develop A/B testing plans for partners to execute
Analyze results and present measurement reports with optimization plans
Provide input for growing overall client Retail CRM capabilities and developing best practices based on learnings from Partner CRM efforts

Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing CRM for B2C programs / partners (required) and with telecommunications provider is a Plus.
- Experience with building business cases and conducting ROI analysis to support proposed programs for B2C partners
- 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, consumer segmentation and testing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
