Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Marketing Automation/SEM Specialist to fill a permanent need on a contract-to-hire basis.

Our client is looking for an energetic, engaged and creative professional who is able to balance
technical and marketing knowledge, and be a part of a fast-paced environment. The Marketing
Automation/SEM Specialist will drive revenue through timely and successful execution of marketing
strategies and activities to support lead generation across channels and campaigns. The ideal candidate
is a digital marketing professional with outstanding organizational and communication skills, precise
attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Experience and knowledge of B2B lead generation,
digital advertising, social media and event marketing are required.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
° Functions as in-house Marketing Automation System SME and provide first-level support for platform-related
issues to other internal users
° Segment and leverage the marketing database for targeting to develop and execute of campaigns across
platforms based on sales cycles. Generate and implement test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing.
° Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against KPIs.
° Assist in managing and tracking digital marketing budget.
° Develop and implement campaigns comprised of collaborative content sourced and developed through active
relationships with Marketing and Sales.
° Produces automated campaign activities using Pardot including building, deploying and tracking campaign
performance via integrated Pardot/SFDC reports.
° Collaborate on the management of the SEO and PPC strategy
° Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize the website, content marketing and build effective
campaigns which increase awareness, generate leads and drive conversion.
.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
° 5-8+ years of experience with inbound marketing in a B2B industry preferred.
° Extensive knowledge of SFDC, certification preferred
° Very strong understanding of Pardot preferred, or other Marketing automation software
° Working knowledge of Google analytics, off-page analytics tools, ad serving tools, Google AdWords, HTML
° Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business OR equivalent
