The core objective of this role is to drive revenue via email and lead nurturing initiatives. The company offers a range of educational and extra-curricular products and services. They have offices globally and are looking for someone to join their digital marketing team based in Sydney. Their culture is truly collaborative and you will be encouraged / expected to bring your new ideas to the table. They have an excellent content team who you will work closely with to develop a customer centric email communication strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Grow the email list organically
  • Develop lead nurture campaigns that drive revenue both from new & existing customers
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends
  • Target audience segmentation
  • Continuous A/B testing / optimization
  • Increasing click through/open rates / minimize unsubscribes
  • Develop targeted promotions that succeed via email
  • Email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
  • Proficiency in tools/software such as Salesforce/Hubspot/Marketo is a huge plus!
