Due to the exciting expansion of their digital channel initiatives, our client is looking to add a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will have proven experience utilizing email marketing to increase omnichannel conversions, customer engagement, and lifetime value of both prospects and existing customers . You will also be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign results, providing regular engagement metrics. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing automation, data analytics, and lead nurturing. Responsibilities
Three main initiatives for marketing automation: Lead generation for sales, generate foot traffic, drive traffic to website for eCommerce
Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, tracking, and measuring the success of email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform (including event invitations, customer communications, demand generation emails, product promotions, and lead nurturing campaigns)
Work with key stakeholders to guide, design and execute automated marketing campaigns and programs such as lead nurturing and trigger based campaigns
Work closely with team members to understand campaign objectives and whiteboard campaign structure and customer journey
Create and manage the user experience of web forms including best practice design, proper function, submission success, and tracking
Maintain a strong technical understanding of our marketing automation and CRM platforms. This includes campaign management in both systems, contact management, lead tracking, segmenting, reporting, and basic CRM integration

Required Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience with marketing automation and email campaign management
Ability to build marketing campaign from A-Z
Hands-on experience with IBM Marketing Cloud (formerly Silverpop), Hubspot, Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua), or Marketo a plus
Experience in B2B communications
3-5 years of experience with marketing automation and email campaign management

Desired Characteristics & Fit
B2B Experience needed
Mid-sized company exp. preferred, but not required.
Would prefer someone who has worked alongside sales team
