Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a key member of the company's corporate marketing and communication team. We’re looking for a passionate marketer who can build the operational aspects of the company's client campaigns, working with marketing systems to create, execute and report on inbound and outbound marketing activity.

The successful candidate should have experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and be able to authoritatively speak about marketing automation and inbound content marketing best practices. The candidate will be comfortable talking to internal marketers and recommending specific solutions to client requests, and be able to work cross-functionally with the account team, creative team and web development team in order to deliver client campaigns within a marketing automation platform. He or she will have the personal drive and enthusiasm to be a part of a rapidly growing workplace ripe with opportunity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)

Understand client business requirements, align with best practices and translate into awesome marketing automation success
Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports, and make campaign, content and workflow recommendations
Understand and utilize marketing data to suggest and execute A/B testing
Work with delivery teams to flawlessly execute client campaigns
Understand and optimize marketing automation and CRM platform performance
Help team understand and manage timelines around major marketing automation initiatives
Work with creative and web development teams to ensure client campaign assets are scalable and work within the company’s marketing automation platform
Document client processes and train the client on how to have continued success on their marketing automaton platform.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

A four year degree from an accredited university or college
Experience reporting and analyzing data from marketing systems
4+ years of experience on a marketing team
2 years of experience with a marketing automation platform (Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot) and a good grasp of industry best practices
Experience with HTML Experience with organic and paid search campaigns
