Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for a marketing automation with Marketo experience to assist our global marketing team with hitting their 2017 goals. This person thoroughly understands the mechanics of business-to-business marketing and has successfully built and maintained marketing programs in Marketo. You will be responsible for maximizing adoption within the merchant base and helping improve automation efficiencies so as to better serve our sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for building and managing marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement and adoption of Pay with merchants.

Scope includes:
- Building Marketo engagement programs and landing pages
- Advising global marketing team on digital marketing best practices
- Recommending and implementing best setup for advanced email nurture programs in Marketo
- Setting up campaign tracking in Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Optimize marketing campaigns using A/B testing and other analytical data

Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of the Pay with our client's value proposition, core messaging, and positioning.
- Work with global marketing to leverage successes and best practices.

Required Skills:
Independent and flexible with solid communications skills, the successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and extensive experience in marketing automation.

The candidate must have demonstrated sound business judgment and able to think strategically about a quickly growing business while at the same time have the analytical ability and intelligence to dive into the tactical details. The candidate will ideally have experience with a rapidly growing a business.

Minimum:
-3 years progressive marketing experience
-2 years marketing automation experience with Marketo
-Strong writing skills
-Basic knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)
-Strong excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables and advanced formulas)
-Experience setting up digital marketing tracking and evaluating digital marketing campaign performance
-Experience managing campaigns and A/B testing to drive optimization
-Analytical approach to marketing; metrics/ROI focused
-Clear understanding of how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
