Marketing Associate with PowerPoint / InDesign

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is searching for a Marketing Assistant to assist the internal creative/graphics department with regular pitch book and marketing content updates for sales meetings and investment team deliverables.

The preferred individual should have very strong power point skills as well as some design software skills to help our lead designer with many communications projects.
The candidate should also be a strong multi-tasker with a positive attitude and be willing to roll-up their sleeves and pitch in during a very busy quarter end period. This includes helping with printing and book production as needed.

Qualifications/background preferred:
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
Some InDesign skills preferred.
Financial services experience is a plus.
Team-player who is willing to really jump in.
