Marketing Associate

This position will support the marketing department of the global Live Events and Attractions team, which manages live experiences that reach consumers over five key areas: Family Entertainment Centers, Live Shows, Hospitality, Traveling Exhibitions and Theme Parks. This successful candidate will assist the Associate Manager of Global Brand Marketing on day-to-day marketing tasks including campaign execution and creation/production of marketing collateral. They will also assist with launching the Digital Asset Library for the Live Events & Attractions team, so comfort working within web-based platforms and organizational systems is preferred.    

Your impact: Asset Design and Production

  • Assist with the creation of assets and marketing communications for Live Events and Attractions, including but not limited to Marketing and Advertising Creative, digital banner ad creative, printed signage for events and attractions, and cropping/editing of photos.
  • Write creative briefs and liaise with Creative and Digital teams to manage design and development of marketing communications including e-mail campaigns, social media posts, and Live Events webpages
  • Support other design requests as needed for the wider LE&A team

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist with implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns for Live Events & Attractions to involve writing copy, developing creative, and creating project timelines
  • Assist with gathering metrics and screenshots for e-mail, social media, and paid media campaigns
  • Assist with CRM efforts including managing the addition of customer opt-in language to our Live Events ticketing platforms and on-site opportunities
  • Manage creative agencies and designers/freelancers as needed

Asset Management:

Assist with the creation of a Digital Asset Library, which may involve the following: taking inventory of all assets, assigning metadata to each asset, uploading assets to a web-based system, and liaising with internal and external partners

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as MS office software (MS Office – Outlook, Word,  PowerPoint, Excel)· Ability to work with numerous partners of differing scales, flexing interaction style as required ·

Education:

  • Minimum BA/BS College/University degree
  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience
  • Experience in developing creative assets and managing projects is essential
  • Experience with advertising and marketing creative, as well as working with licensors/licensees is desired
