Marketing Associate- Learning Solutions

Our client is a major pharmaceutical company looking for a Marketing Associate to help develop learning solutions for a global audience.

This Customer Experience (LCx) team includes many teams, each focused on improving the customer experience through their unique efforts and expertise. Of these teams, CxLC is one of the teams directly engaged in creating and delivering learning solutions to increase global marketing capability and customer experience improvement. The goal is to create and revise Marketing related learning solutions that educate marketing personnel on new and evolving skills; knowledge and behaviors to drive toward next generation marketing that meet the needs of and engage customers worldwide.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Performance Consultant
· Learn and understand core business needs related to evolving Marketing model in order to deliver quality learning solutions for the global Marketing organization
· Apply (marketing and/or learning and development) external skills, knowledge and experiences to the approach, solutions and recommendations
· Effectively partner with learning professionals, experts and vendors to deliver engaging learning solutions
· Leverage marketing knowledge and expertise - focus area: multi-channel marketing

Project Manager
· Develop Request for Proposals (RFP), select project vendor(s) and complete all contracting requirements in partnership with procurement
· Prioritize, manage and monitor projects, ensure parallel workflows are on time, meet budget requirements
· Clearly communicate project status, expected outcomes and escalate when necessary
· Manage training vendors and project teams through the analysis, design, and development of marketing learning solutions
· Plan and implement pilots and train-the-trainers
· Complete final materials and post files to SharePoint site and LMI portal
· Partner with training administration team to add training information and assignments into LMS

Instructional Designer
· Apply innovative thinking and blended learning approaches to new and revised marketing learning solutions
· Lead and conduct global and/or cross-functional needs assessments using surveys, interviews and focus groups (as appropriate) with marketing business partners
· Make recommendations for learning design and solutions that will enable the intended business goals
· Design and develop (internally or with a vendor) new blended learning solutions for Marketing courses
· Create and implement evaluation plans (where most valuable)
· Review, scope and make recommendations for improvement of existing marketing training

Position Requirements
· 3-5 years- Instructional Design
· 3-5 years - Proven work performance in the area of adult education
· 3-5 years - Proven expertise leading and managing analysis, design and development projects
· 3-5 years - Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, leaders and leading teams when designing and implementing learning solutions that contribute to the success of business

Additional Preferences:
· Experience developing Marketing training and learning related solutions
· Experience and or familiarity with Marketing
· Development of Marketing training content in the areas of:
o Multi-channel marketing
o Micro-targeting
o Commercial analytics
o Brand content & story development
o Channel proficiency
o Campaign management
o Measurement of channel effectiveness (impact, frequency, preference)

Education Requirements:
• EDUCATION: B.S./M.S. or Ed.D., Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology or closely related field
• EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years working in a training role preferably supporting the Marketing function
