Marketing Associate / Junior PM

Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate / Junior Project Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

-Develop content for direct mail campaigns; follow us page promos and Facebook related projects. 
-Lead the planning and implementation of projects 
-Coordinate with project staff
-Plan and schedule project timelines 
-Track project deliverables using appropriate tools 
-Quality assurance 
-Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 
-Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 
-Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 
-Project evaluations and assessment of results 


Education and Experience:
-Marketing background 
-Qualification in project management or equivalent 
-Knowledge of content strategy and ability to create content when needed 
-Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

On-site in NYC. 3 days per week for minimum 5 months. May extend or convert thereafter.
