Our large financial client seeks a Marketing Assistant for a 10 month contract. Social Media experience is required!

Position Description:
A Marketing Assistant on the Issuer Strategy and Insights team will be responsible for providing general support for the team as well as providing moderating support for our social media initiative.

Tasks will include:
- Project management including providing creative direction, coordinating schedules and deliverables with creative agencies
- Engaging in the creative process and managing the process for securing approvals for editorial content and associated marketing materials from internal stakeholders
- Managing project plans based on established timelines and budgets
- Establishing and maintaining project communication internally and externally
- Managing all microsite article publication for as well as Facebook posts to and tweets to @YourCollegeKid
- Providing general fill-in help on a wide variety of tasks as needed by the marketing team

Social media experience required:
- Social media passion and experience with both Facebook and Twitter, monitoring, posting and tweeting from a marketing perspective
- Understanding of the social media space and those who participate in it
- Prefer experience with Wordpress and Spredfast
