Marketing Assistant/Administrator

An opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing Assistant/Administrator to join the exciting, creative, in-house design studio of one of the world's leading financial services companies.

You will be a part of the Global Marketing-Creative Shared Services team and will be responsible for the administrative support of a team of Project Managers and Graphic Designers and ultimately for the maintenance of the company's online image library and Marketing asset storage facility.

You will be efficient, organised, proactive and self-motivated. You will be looking for a challenge in the creative industries, the opportunity to learn fast and the chance to spread your wings.

You will have a positive attitude, an ability to get things done, a can-do approach and a great eye for detail. You must  be self-motivated, flexible and happy to work alone and as part of a busy, collaborative team.

Tasks will include:
- Monitoring of team inbox and providing digital assets to clients.
- Assistance in maintenance of job-tracking system and status reports.
- Maintenance of global image library.
- Image searches and art buying.
- Reconciliation of supplier Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Liaison with image libraries and raising of purchase orders.
- Coordination with internal print managers.
- Assistance with the purchase of branded merchandise.
- Liaison with internal clients.
- Quarterly reporting assistance.
- General administrative support for the team.

Qualifications and experience:
- 3 years experience in similar administrative role.
- Strong, proven skills in management of similar functions in a corporate environment.
- An interest in the creative industries.
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Scrupulous attention to detail.
- Hard-working with a can-do spirit and practical approach to getting work done and delivered on time.

Computing skills:
- Microsoft Office (PPT, Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of the Adobe software packages. Any handson experience would be an advantage to have
- Any experience of WorkFront (workflow management software) also an advantage
