Responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives. Responsible for compilation of weekly newsletter updates for the MVP community and composition of weekly events updates. Identify top influential experts in the technical community. Responsible for escalating issues via internal support request tool. Gathering MVP data and processing nominees for MVP award during award cycles. MVP Brand Marketing Campaigns (internal & external). Overall support activities for Canadian Community Program Manager.

Additional Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required; entry level positions require two years’ experience. Required skills include verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time, basic knowledge of media production, and communication and dissemination techniques and methods. Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills also required.
