We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team as a contractor. Primary responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant will include managing digital lead processing efforts, analyzing digital campaign metrics, developing and updating collateral materials for clients, prospects and financial advisors, writing communications, and responding to other marketing requests as they arise. In this role, the Marketing Assistant will have the opportunity to manage crucial projects related to key business objectives as well as shape the content, user experience, and design of our marketing materials. The Marketing Assistant will be expected to build and maintain relationship with business partners and be main point of contact for tactical marketing support. The role requires an understanding of and an interest in financial markets and investments.
The ideal Marketing Assistant candidate will have 1-3 years of previous work experience, is detail-oriented, has a solid Microsoft Excel foundation with the ability to do basic formulas (vlookups, if statements, etc.) possesses excellent writing and verbal communication skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for marketing, creativity, digital innovation and design.
