Marketing Assistant

Develop Interest & Drive Demand (presales): 30%
- Coordinate with Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute demand-driving marketing resources to highlight key Education apps and assist with onboarding, adoption and usage.
- Scale reach of existing marketing programs and value proposition to customers directly and through partners
- Coordinate and execute community engagement posts and communications.
- Coordinate with Education Solution Sales lead to drive programmatic lead development.

Drive Deployment & Adoption: 50%
- Host orientation for strategic customers on resources available from Company to support customer and Partner deployment & adoption.
- Advise and mentor strategic customers to help them develop strategies for using that drive adoption among their faculty, staff, and educators.
- Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and corporate structure as it applies to adoption.
- Drive high customer utilization rate.
- Modify existing institutional and teacher audience readiness content as needed and create new content

Deliver Insights & Analysis: 20%
- Ongoing investigation and sharing of trends impacting customers’ deployment of Education, including success stories and insights on delays.
- Provide regular reporting on the status of engaged customers.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and relationship development skills: interaction with customers, partners and colleagues is a major part of this role, so you have 1-2 years’ experience with internal and external written and oral communication.

• Exceptional program, project and time management skills: highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, accountable.

• Solutions mindset: when you hit road blocks, you proactively seek out and present alternative solutions to deliver the expected results.

• Passion for technology: you take an interest in the technology industry and have an opinion on trends, company strategies, and how software helps everyone unleash their full potential.

• Strong analytics skills: you have the ability to think strategically and draw insights from data.

• Intermediate technical skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote an asset.

• Experience leading marketing execution across marketing mix, including email, social, digital and events an asset.

• Experience with the Education sector an asset: you have a “good” to “great” understanding of the Education sector or have previously worked in Education technology company.
