Marketing Assistant & Event Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an organized event focused Marketing Assistant on site in NYC. This role will provide marketing execution that is designed to help our client's markets achieve its business and financial objectives. As the Marketing Assistant you will provide tactical execution support for a full range of marketing activities and initiatives including presentations, document production, internal communications, marketing database input and maintenance, events, marketing collateral development, shipping, and employee engagement initiatives.

− You must have direct marketing campaign management, database marketing, printing and agency management, and e-commerce experience
− You must be a self-starter with strong leadership and change management skills
− You must have excellent multi-level task management and organization skills around diverse projects with tight deadlines in a changing environment
− You must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain internal respect and build consensus within a collegial environment


So what are the requirements for this role?


− You must have a Bachelor of the Arts, and/or Bachelor of Science. You must have 3-5 years experience
− 3-5 years of event management experience
− You must have experience with a high volume of phone work’
− You must have experience uploading invoices and producing pitch books (including updating slides for presentations)
− You must have PowerPoint experience
