Marketing Assistant - 3 months

Our client is a leading global consulting firm based in Victoria who is looking to take on a driven and proactive Marketing Assistant for a 3-month contract.

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Account Management team, who work in collaboration with the Business Development teams to create and implement innovative marketing strategies for their clients.

This is a varied, interesting role where no day will ever be the same. Responsibilities will include a combination of defined projects and ad hoc marketing support.
Key Activities:
• Coordinating and supporting the development of copy for the web, case stories and articles/reports
• Supporting social media campaigns
• Supporting in-house and third-party marketing events
• Liaising with suppliers
• Inputting client data into xRM (CRM system)
• Coordinating, supporting client visits and meetings
• Desk research

Key experience:
• At least 1 year’s marketing experience, ideally in professional services.
• Self-starting, determined, with achievement drive and a professional approach
• Personally organised and able to consistently deliver high-quality on time; ability to multi-task and prioritise, with an emphasis on execution
• Team player and able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across marketing and the business teams
• Experience in demonstrating results and clearly communicating progress
• Good attention to detail and presentation skills
• Good all-round communication skills

The role would suit a bright, self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
