Assignment Specifics:
Proficiency in Google Analytics including pulling reports, completing site analysis and assisting with configuration including but not limited to custom funnels, dimensions and variables. Working closely with Marketing Analytics team to produce and maintain ad hoc and ongoing reports and dashboards. Work with brand teams to produce deeper insights and optimizations.

Job Summary: Within the Digital Marketing Analytics team, this role will be responsible for providing business support on the development, implementation, and testing of web page tags and code (HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, etc). Responsible for the implementation and continued rollout of both web and advertising analytics tools including but not limited to: WebTrends, DART/DoubleClick, ClearSaleing, Exact Target, etc. Obtains and manages data, performs analyses, interprets results and provides insights to internal clients. Performs such collection, storage and circulation in compliance with current interpretation of anti-trust laws and with Nationwide Competitor Access Policy and Guidelines and Organization Participation Policy and Guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sr. Digital Analyst, IT and other business units to gather requirements and information for ad hoc and ongoing tagging projects.
• Conduct quality control and basic auditing for Google Analytics implementation and other ongoing tagging projects.
• Provide day to day support to and respond to incoming requests from Google Analytics users.
• Work closely with digital analytics team to produce and maintain ad hoc and ongoing reports for information needs and analysis.
• Work closely with brand teams to drive deeper insights and optimization.
• Responsible for the implementation and continued rollout of both web and advertising analytics tools including but not limited to: Google Analtyics, DART/DoubleClick, ClearSaleing, Optimost, Exact Target, etc.

Job Skills:
• Proven knowledge of digital media and web analytics.
• Strong knowledge of tag implementation and management
• Strong knowledge of web development process and web usability.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics. Knowledge of Webtrends a plus.
• Ability to understand business information needs and to analyze data requests
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
