Marketing Analytics Specialist

AQUENT is seeking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support the Education team. Responsible for selling in, developing, and executing strategic school-based programs with Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, non-profits, foundations, and government agencies, in concert with the goals and priorities of the Education Division and the company.

The Specialist, Marketing and Analytics, will coordinate all marketing efforts to engage, grow, and monitor audiences for CEP programs through multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and on-air; track and analyze data for programs individually and collectively to inform marketing strategy; and communicate marketing best practices, trends and insights.

Responsibilities
Cross-Program Marketing, Data Analysis and Reporting
• Oversee external marketing vendor relationships including price negotiation, securing placement, delivery of creative assets and metrics reporting
• Update Discovery Education website via content management system to strategically promote programs
• Develop and track marketing performance of all website promotion through campaign codes
• Coordinate with divisional marketing and other corporate teams to schedule and promote programs through appropriate Discovery channels
• Coordinate with Discovery’s media planning group for ad placement in local/national publications
• Coordinate with Discovery Networks to promote programs through network channels, including on-air and social media, as available

• Develop monthly marketing calendar summarizing all scheduled internal and external outreach
• Gather data from multiple sources and develop client-ready presentations highlighting program reach, engagement and success metrics
• Develop comprehensive metrics tracking grid to report and analyze performance of all marketing vehicles
• Work with Account Management teams to develop marketing strategy based on goals, objectives, audience, and historical data
• Schedule social media posts on Twitter, Facebook and other platforms
• Maintain partnerships presence on divisional portal, coordinating with Account Management team to highlight program updates, new marketing assets, etc.
• Serve as liaison to other groups within the division to keep them abreast of current CEP program news, events and updates
• Identify new opportunities to increase visibility of programs in the marketplace

List Management, Sourcing and Email Outreach
• Oversee deployment of emails through email marketing tool
• Review emails to ensure consistent voice, engaging messaging and adherence to best practices
• Liaise with divisional marketing on use of and updates to master email database, including profiling and segmentation
• Upload and organize all program lists
• Report to team on email performance (delivered, opens, clicks, etc)
• Serve as primary contact with list providers to procure segmented lists for direct mail and email outreach based on specific criteria
• Coordinate with list providers to analyze program participation and engagement rates relative to sourced lists
• Maintain electronic and hard copy archive of all emails for reference
