Marketing Analytics Manager

Company seeks Marketing Analytics Manager to be responsible for driving fact-based decision making to support marketing efforts. Reporting to the SVP of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Analytics Manager will collaborate with internal marketing teams and business units to create and execute reports and analyses that help business units meets revenue and profitability goals.

This is a hands-on, onsite, contract-to-hire job that requires strong business acumen as well as a wide breadth of analytical skills to work with diverse databases, reporting tools, and CRM applications. These skills will not only support the development of reporting and analytics capabilities, but also shape the creation of an enterprisewide Customer Relationship Management system. The Marketing Analytics Manager will also work on strategic initiatives that involve 3rd parties which will require data and interpretation to support advanced analytics. While this role is expected to be hands-on, having managerial experience would be beneficial. This role will define the business intelligence (BI) roadmap to enable decentralized reporting and analytics and will play an important role in shaping BI tool adoption.

Summary Job Responsibilities:
Leverage database marketing and data mining concepts to support customer analyses including demographics, segmentation and valuation.
Develop and maintain lead attribution modeling.
Run supply forecasting models which correlate required supply to business revenue and profitability goals.
Develop weekly progress tracking reports and lead department review meetings.
Develop and automate reports and models that support order and supply analysis.
Develop decentralized reporting model that provides standard reports and visualization capabilities to all members of the marketing staff.
Support client segmentation and valuation model development.
Define new marketing requirements for SalesForce.com; organize, analyze and detail these business requirements into functional specifications.
Support integration of stakeholder modeling into SalesForce CRM system.
Work with 3rd party vendors to support advanced analytic initiatives.
Support the development of e-mail distribution lists and analytics across all businesses.
Work with e-mail systems such as Exact Target and Pardot.
Work with IT to ensure foundational data systems meet reporting and analytic needs
Possess strong presentation skills.
