Marketing Analytics Consultant

Our client, an American research and advisory technology firm headquartered in Stamford, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Consultant for a 3-month assignment.

Primarily focus on supporting the launch of Google Analytics across client's .com and .com/events site.
• Development of new/enhanced site Tagging Requirements based on business needs to capture activity such as custom interaction/conversion events, referral sources and user fall-off analysis
• QA of implemented tracking code across development and live environments
• Build new customized dashboards for consumption by marketing teams
• Perform data analysis to generate findings and make recommendations for optimization
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from management team
• Provide training for super users who will primarily interface with marketing user base
• Institute a governance function over published reports/metrics ensuring single source of truth and ensuring data quality for commonly used metrics

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years Google Analytics experience (set up, tagging, analyzing, dashboard creation & customization)
• Strong organization and communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills
• Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated business acumen
• Substantial attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, able to anticipate and adapt to change, is flexible and resilient
