Our client seeks a Marketing Analytics & Operations Specialist for a long term assignment in Plano! This individual support three aspects of their marketing organization: 1) analysis / reporting on Salesforce data; 2) administration of a data visualization tool (DOMO) along with report creation inside DOMO; 3) marketing operations for actions related to automating and supporting Salesforce-related work.
Analysis and reporting: This role will act as the subject matter expert on the data fields and sources within the Salesforce CRM, generating weekly reports used throughout the organization and creation of new reports as needed. Will interact with stakeholders throughout the marketing organization for new reporting requests and inquiries.
DOMO administration and responsibilities: This role will be involved in the customization and implementation of a third-party cloud-based analytics dashboard (DOMO) designed to report on KPIs for sales and marketing programs. The dashboard will provide a holistic view of marketing campaign performance by pulling data from different data sources to track and report on ROI. Uses data from various sales and marketing automation tools and programs, including Salesforce.com, Pardot, Google Analytics, and others to collect, mine and report data. This person will assist the business in determining reporting needs based on business requirements. Will analyze business data, and implement reporting methodology to track marketing and sales efforts to help the business drive improved program results. Will act as administrator of the application for 50 users. Requires expert knowledge of MySQL, Excel and basic databases such as Microsoft Access as well as other analytical processes and reporting tools. Knowledge in Salesforce.com, Pardo, Google Analytic and other digital marketing tools will be instrumental in creating the required data modeling and reporting.
Marketing Operations: This role will work with the CRM Manager to improve marketing data integrity and automate campaign and pipeline reporting. This person will help ensure the accuracy and quality control of all marketing campaign data and automate the processing of marketing campaign and demand generation pipeline reports. Will require integration and analysis of data from multiple sources related to marketing campaign performance, response rates, sales follow-up, sales pipeline, and new business. Will pull and report on data from multiple sources. Requires expert knowledge of Salesforce.com and sales pipeline reporting as well as general knowledge of online and offline marketing campaigns. Must have good analytics skills and also be proficient in Excel and databases such as Microsoft Access. Will require a collaborative effort to implement best practices, multiple iterations to meet stakeholder needs, and an ability to achieve rapid results.
