Marketing Analyst/Project Manager

This Marketing Consultant will be responsible for project management of content and customer experience initiatives on a very large enterprise site; responsible for web content development and SEO initiatives on the site; lead conversion optimization, web analytics, lead process management, vendor management, etc. . Role also works closely with other internal teams (Product, Marcomm, Product Marketing, Legal, etc). This individual will possess a keen analytical mind, understanding how to look at each effort with the bigger picture in mind, anticipating where things could go wrong and building plans to accommodate potential gaps; and understanding how to use data to inform ongoing plans.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of requirements detailing the methodology and implementation of online channel revenue and reporting capabilities across the logged in and logged out customer experience, which spans the following reporting areas:
o Data Warehouse
o Online Channel Performance
o Self-Service Utillization, Transaction Reporting, VLSS Project Support, Campaign Support, Customer Base Data, Ad Hoc Reporting
o Metrics for multiple sites and portals
• Coordinate resources across departments and segments in support of cohesive reporting and to gain alignment on measurement definitions baselines, reporting formats and tools
• Partner with teams responsible for various data sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project measures to increase adoption (enrollment, entitlement and engagement) and online revenue.
• Maintain overall vision / roadmap for the existing and next generation build out of website channel analytic tools and related initiatives
• Identify future trends & requirements for development across systems and initiate action
• Manage cross-functional team to achieve defined objectives and leverage skills of others to meet defined business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrated track record in the development and deployment of online channel programs
• Review, generate and analyze various reports to measure success
• Background in data analysis plus a knowledge of SQL and building and execution of data queries
• Proven track record in B2B channel reporting
• Experience in B2B marketing and B2C buying methodologies
• Experience in online buying sites and social media
• Strong analytical skills and web portal and ecommerce / wireless B2B Background is preferred
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Proven track record as a successful negotiator with all levels of management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communications skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
