Marketing Analyst—Marketing Automation Contract To Hire

Our innovative high tech client is looking for a talented Marketing Automation Analyst w/Eloqua to join them in their next big endeavor. This position is on-site near Atlanta and is a contract-to-hire and will be going fast.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain marketing automation platforms. Execute e-mail campaigns, campaign landing pages, forms and automated campaigns, including managing e-mail production, test design, quality, and reporting. Utilize analytics to optimize lead generation for higher yield on marketing programs. Lead special projects within the marketing operations team.
Creates reports and perform analyses to determine reasoning for past performance and implement changes to direct improved future performance
Owns demand Generation program enablement , execution, and support
Supports the development of best practices, governance and promotion across specific areas of responsibilities
Owns the development and implementation of best practices across specific areas of responsibilities
Creates, manage, Q&A, and execute marketing campaigns using the Eloqua platform. Coordinate elements from multiple teams to execute on deliverables for marketing campaigns and projects.
Works with Sales Operations to ensure marketing systems integrate and synchronize well with CRM systems and sales processes.
Creates data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing programs for prospect segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-outs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum five years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Systems
Knowledge of SQL, Photoshop, Dreamweaver a plus
Basic technical skills in HTML coding, CSS, JavaScript, Eloqua and Salesforce
Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q&A testing, and conversion measurement
Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills
Strong project management skills – organized, agile and focused on results
Excellent verbal communication and written skills
Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
