Marketing Analyst/Coordinator

Personalization Job Purpose: Assists in developing and implementing personalization campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining and documenting site wide inventory; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Personalization Analyst Job Duties:
• Assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing personalization strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing presentations; updating calendars.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Keeps creative materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Partners with CRM to ensure correct data profiles are being generated for all programs
• Researches competitive initiatives by identifying and evaluating programs, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications: Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills

Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years experience in Marketing and Project Mgmt.
