Marketing Analyst/Consumer Insights Director

Must have strong analysis, research experience.

1. Identify new consumer insight needs for U.S. Direct, lead research and analysis efforts; support general research projects including identifying and validating data and developing report templates
2. Synthesize and incorporate findings both primary and secondary research into compelling presentations, develop strategic and tactical recommendations based on the learnings
3. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute on strategies to accelerate growth and profitability leveraging consumer insights across the value chain (e.g. product development, marketing, sales, and customer service)
4. Manage projects independently / take ownership to meet tight deadlines
• 8+ years of related professional experience; financial / insurance industry background preferred but not required
• BA/BS, advanced degree preferred
• Solid understanding of consumer research methodologies; experience in B2C, B2B and B2B2C research
• Record of using data and analytics to strategically drive successful research, marketing, and customer experience programs
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Driven, collaborative, intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Superb communication skills - ability to analyze detailed findings, identify insights, package into a compelling story, and obtain buy-in from colleagues in strategic and operational functions
