Marketing Analyst Coordinator

Our large financial services client located in NYC is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to be a key member of their Customer Marketing Team. The Marketing Analyst position is 35 hour a week contract position until the end of the year with a possible extension.

The Marketing Analyst will work closely with partner across the company to support customer marketing initiatives. Together with the Senior Manager (to whom this position reports) the Analyst will develop and execute email, direct mail, and internal site marketing campaigns. In addition to marketing execution, the analyst will be the team’s analytical engine, using reporting systems to create the team’s monthly scorecard and manage the team’s budget. This is an exciting opportunity to develop core marketing skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to end execution for the marketing campaigns in email, direct mail and internal site channels.
• Manage content of creative assets for the campaing, ensuring timely implementation of legal updates and consistency across channels.
• Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaign timelines and coordinate changes to
creative assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• At least 2 – 3 years of marketing experience

• Excellent analytic and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively

• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment

• Strong MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills required
