• Understand and evaluate offers and business processes (including billing, ordering, and other functions) for the Network Solutions (NS) product marketing portfolio
• Compile an analysis of findings for review with NS Product Marketing leadership
• Identify attributes critical for success and improving Ease of Commerce attributes for the business, highlighting areas of strong performance and identifying gaps
• With client input, make recommendations for changes and improvements, including a work plan with prioritization of activities
• Project manage end to end program of Ease of Commerce business improvement initiatives
• As necessary, establish/contribute fundamental project management tools and methodologies from inception through execution and closure.
• Work as a collaborative resource within the team in the effort to strategize and deliver organizational goals and objectives.
• Define and maintain projects scope and targets in collaboration with management
• Manage multiple consultant deliverables
• PM strategy implementation
• Create a detailed work plans specifying sequences and activities needed to successfully complete projects
• Determine and outline required resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
• Develop and maintain schedules that effectively plans resource alignment to project/campaign activities
• Determine and formalize objectives and KPI's upon which the project will be evaluated.
• Identify and manage against potential risks and issues
• Identify potential project gaps and work to develop/implement approved recommendations.
• Manage project resources (staff/consultants) against project deliverables in accordance with established policies and practices of the organization
• Ensure that project information and records are properly developed, updated and stored utilizing existing enterprise tools and systems in accordance with established policies and practices of the organization
• Execute and monitor all projects according to plan, make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of defined work.
• Where required, develop forms and records to document project activities
• Establish and maintain reporting tools and cadence to update management, stakeholders and appropriate staff on projects status
• Review the quality of the work completed with the client management on a regular basis to ensure that established standards and quality are met
• Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project against established targets.
• Develop and implement approved recommendations and enhancements as required.
