As a Competition Analyst with the Brand Strategy & Insights team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team has a clear & crisp understanding of the key competitors and market trends affecting the brand, products and marketing campaigns. Your insights will help shape the approach to solving some of the company's toughest problems.

Responsibilities:
-Design and lead independent analysis of key competitors and market trends.
-Develop 1 pagers and POV’s on key topics affecting marketing for internal consumption. Facilitate internal discussions to drive awareness of these issues.
-Identify emerging issues, develop hypotheses on how and why they impact the company and make recommendations for what we should be doing.
-Publish ongoing assessment of key news and events.
-Provide broad competitive analysis support across initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:
-Deep understanding of the current consumer technology landscape, key trends in user behavior and how those issues impact business.
-Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
-Excellent writing and presentation skills and the ability to influence cross functional teams.
-5 - 7 years experience in marketing, business strategy or consulting.
-BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Math) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
-Curious, self directed, enthusiastic go-getter who can get stuff done with limited oversight.
-Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
-Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
-Demonstrated experience in defining frameworks to simplify complex market and competitive landscapes.
