Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst for one of our San Francisco Bay Area clients, an eCommerce payment management company. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility for extension. Candidates are required to work onsite, 40 hours per week. In this role, you’ll be a part of the marketing operations team, supporting strategic objectives to optimize and accelerate leads and sales pipeline.
You will be a primary resource to support our worldwide marketing teams to help execute and measure their campaigns using our marketing systems and tools. Key to the success of this role will be proficiency with the Eloqua marketing automation platform in a B2B demand waterfall environment. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager.

Responsibilities
- Using our Marketing Automation system, support global marketing campaigns that incorporate email targeting, lead generation web forms, nurture and automation programs.
- Work with Field Marketing Managers to develop programs that support their goals in demand generation.
- Contribute to the constant optimization and enhancement of templates, landing pages, email deliverability, quality assurance, A/B testing, lead scoring, and subscription management
- Align with global web team to provide a fluid web experience for demand generation processes on the websites. Assist with localization and translation of marketing automation assets to support global expansion initiatives.
- Create and document standardized processes to streamline workflows and create consistency across regions.
- Contribute to marketing operations performance KPIs and sustain and improve department and system reports to deliver actionable insights. Provide campaign-level reporting for metrics throughout the lead funnel and partner with Web team to ensure alignment with web analytics processes.
- Regularly monitor and maintain the synchronization between Marketing Automation and CRM systems.
- Provide global support set-up, training and execution of marketing webinars
