Marketing Analyst

Our client is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Marketing Analyst, you will assist in leading the company's marketing analytics capability, defining and developing research and insights: sometimes numbers are given by client's, sometimes you will need to conduct research on your own. The role will require experience in managing the full analytical project lifecycle from business development to final delivery, connecting optimisation metrics to the strategic intent of both campaigns and platforms as well as underlying business objectives. You will work closely with various departments including a deep bench of consultants, data architects, design thinkers and other analysts. This is a pure market research/analysis/insights role and NOT strategy.

On a daily basis:

- Owning data collection and reporting using various channels such as digital advertising, search, social media, owned marketing properties: websites, mobile applications, social pages.
- Evaluating, cleaning and aggregating data across following sources: publishers, platforms, media agencies, measurement tools.
- Connecting digital metrics and data to broadcast campaigns, brand health metrics and other marketing data.
- Consulting teams to turn data into actionable optimisations
- Collaborating with data architects and business analysts to bring marketing knowledge and expertise to large scale MDM and customer data projects and initiatives.
- Helping recruit and manage additional analyst talent.

Must haves:

- Bachelor's degree
- Min. 5 yrs. experience in a business-facing marketing analytics role
- Experience in marketing campaign measurement and optimisation - including but not limited to digital design/user experience, display marketing campaigns, search (SEO and SEM), social media, mobile applications, content management, and digital analytics
- Passion for quality data and the ability to turn it into insights that can make a real difference
- Experience with the following digital marketing data providers: Advertising Platforms: Google DoubleClick, Google AdWords Facebook, Atlas, Twitter, YouTube, AOL, etc.
- DMPs: Adobe Campaign Manager, Krux, BlueKai, etc. o Web Tools: Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience working with and managing remote teams
- Flexible to travel in Continental Europe, around 25%
- EU passport is a must have because of travel/work in CE
