Marketing Analyst

The primary goal of this position is to retain customers and grow revenue. The position is responsible for providing direction internally and externally on the best use of marketing dollars to support initiatives targeted to existing customers. The contractor will be responsible for leading external advertising agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver strategies and communications that are designed to deepen the relationship between our client and its customers.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
• Implementation/execution of complete digital and traditional marketing programs linked to customer loyalty and upsell opportunity.
• Day to day ownership of CRM communications to existing customers which include direct mail, e-mail, and other online and offline marketing programs.
• Actively review tactical results, and evaluate opportunities for testing.
• Administration & Coordination of marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget, plus effectively manage and track agency scopes of work.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have minimum 4 years agency and/or client side marketing experience, including but not limited to digital email marketing.
• Experience managing external marketing or advertising agencies.
• Above average proficiency with excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Strong leadership and a proven ability to positively influence change.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Desired:
• Self-starter who provides thoughtful recommendations and solutions.
• Experience working in telecom (broadband) or entertainment marketing (TV/Internet).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
• Confident verbal communication skills.
• Previous broadband / telecommunications / utility – regulatory/marketing responsibilities.
