The Sr. Analyst, Loyalty Operations, is responsible for execution of day-to-day activities associated with loyalty operations, reporting on progress throughout the process. They monitor reward issuance and fulfillment process, create and execute sql queries, define and approve promotions, manage reward card inventory and fulfillment, proof marketing collateral and assist with user acceptance testing. They function as the liaison between OD and vendors, as well as, within Marketing, Customer Service and Loss Prevention departments.

Manage the monthly issuance process for rewards program. Manage inventory of reward certificates by forecasting, ordering, and reconciling invoices. Execute mass valuation/devaluation of these certificates. Reconcile and proof Monthly Rewards Mailing. Manage schedule and activities related to certificate fulfillment process. Monitor timelines for Monthly Rewards.

Create and execute promotion queries for data pulls and validation. Ink & toner data validation (oversee process and backup contact). Test output data file from manual queries, upload tested data and validate in systems correctly. Provide results to Merchants.

Expert level skills with MS Suite (including Project), database, SQL, and SAS. Knowledge of Business Process, marketing campaigns
