Marketing Advertising Lead (Email Vehicle Lead)

Our client's US Small Business Marketing team is responsible for generating demand to hit the quarterly / yearly financial plans. This includes driving traffic to their site and the sales queue via online and offline marcom, resulting in Revenue, Unit and Margin attainment. In order to drive results as a vehicle lead, they must create Marcom across the funnel that drives conversion and communicates the breadth and depth of our product portfolio. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a marketing vehicle (email) for the US Small Business team. This includes planning and execution of marcom activities, roadmap management, analyzing reporting, and acting as a thought leader in targeting and merchandising strategies. This person will work closely with Merchandising, Production, Campaign Planning, CRM, and other Vehicle Leads.


Principal Accountabilities/Deliverables
· Maintain a quarterly roadmap aligned to business needs and budget

· Develop a GTM strategy that is integrated with the other vehicles that is grounded in driving demand but also focuses on innovation and testing

· Able to provide clear direction to Production and Merchandising teams on timelines and campaign expectations as well as provide insight on campaign / offer performance to produce results

· Work with CRM to generate campaign analytics to measure impact and to plan for vehicle and implement improvements

· Be accountable to vehicle performance (Visits, RUM, ROAS / MOAS), quality, deliverables and budget
