Marketing Account Manager/Marketing Communications Specialist

he Marketing Account Manager maintains and executes multi-product marketing plans and initiatives, promotions, and communications targeted to specific sponsor groups. This person is responsible maintaining/modifying the on-going marketing plans to ensure all materials are compliant and contain the information most relevant to the product.

Functional Responsibilities

• Day-to-day marketing contact works closely with marketing communications team to determine best approach to maintaining all current materials for campaign management team
• Assist in coordinating production, updates and execution of all components of the customized multi-channel direct marketing plan, including lead generation materials, such as the direct mail campaigns, digital and any supplemental communications
• Provide management with sound market intelligence to formulate market strategies
• Manage products through building and maintaining brand awareness
• Assist in lead generation and data mining activities
• Develop and provide support to marketing communication programs and use media such as text, audio-visual, graphic, photographic or web to raise customer awareness of product offerings
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned product line(s)
• Partner with sales, administration, legal and marketing operations to ensure flawless communication campaigns
• Assist sales team with prospect presentations/ in-person meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required
