Our healthcare client, located in San Francisco is seeking a contract Marketing Account Manager to work with their Account Marketing Team. This position is for an experienced Marketing Professional. Core Accounts represent groups of size 51-1999. The Marketing Account Manger will work closely with marketing and other internal departments to develop strategic plans and programs to support the sales team, channel partners, employer groups, and members. The ideal candidate will be a driven and dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment, who can apply initiative and creativity to problem solving and who is passionate about health care.

Job Duties:
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with Core Accounts sales team to facilitate strategic partnership on projects that drive towards corporate and department goals.
• Play a key leadership role in the annual planning process contributing research and critical thinking to recommend strategies for marketing programs aligned with Sales and Product. Work in collaboration with business partners for effective dissemination of the plan, prioritization of individual projects, allocation of resources, and shepherd through execution with reporting on performance against plan.
• Liaise with sales teams to identify opportunities for relationship building with key business partners with attention to stakeholders who align with business retention and growth goals and targeting specific interests (e.g., strategic discussion, sales operations, education, networking, etc.).
• Work collaboratively with the sales teams, product development, market insights, and other internal parties to identify target markets and develop integrated and multi-media marketing campaigns to leverage market opportunities. Ensure completed marketing campaigns are evaluated and learning outcomes disseminated across the company.
• Collaborate with other marketing departments including Corporate Programs, Marketing Communications, and Creative for successful marketing campaign development and implementation including strategy, creative execution, and metrics.
• Monitor and analyze new business and retention marketing activity and costs against goals.
• Develop and be accountable for execution of specialized marketing project plans and steps to ensure they support new sales objectives.
• Participate on and/or lead large cross-functional and project teams developing and implementing new marketing strategies, processes, and tools.
• Participate in budget management. Ensure projects are managed within budgets and on time.
• Establish working relationships with key individuals from the relevant business sectors within the organization
