Our client, a large healthcare organization is seeking a consultant to join their team as a Marketing Account Manager, which is a key role on their Southwest Marketing team. This internal and external-facing role is responsible for growing and managing client accounts and marketing activity in support of the goals and objectives of the team and the product’s business strategies. This role will focus on helping to drive continued growth by communicating their B2B and B2B2C value proposition to clients.
We are seeking consultants who have the ability to be creative, maintain strong internal and external client relationships, understand the nuances of client and customer services and take thoughtful action, apply personal initiative in the development of high quality communication and program strategies, manage the flow of incoming work with aggressive deadlines effectively and efficiently, and proactively to solve client/customer challenges. Fluent bilingual Spanish language abilities are considered a plus, to best serve clients and customers in the Phoenix area.

Leveraging insights, market research and local reporting, shape and refine value proposition for B2B audience (messaging, proof points, sales materials, etc.)
Collaborate with DTC marketing team on B2B2C campaign materials, toolkits and programs designed to drive patient growth, retention and engagement
Serve as Product Liaison (collaborate with Product team on product management and documents, lead/coordinate product training activities, reporting, etc.)
Present sales story and information to prospective and existing brokers, partners, clients, customers and internal employee audiences during business meetings, tours, presentations, healthcare benefits meetings or internal employee activities.
Leads activities involved in the preparation of sales/client meetings, promotions and community events in support of new business development and broker relationships, and the marketing of company products and programs relevant to product line. (For example: planning and facilitating tours and sales meetings while coordinating with Community Engagement Lead for client-specific programs or initiatives, etc.)
In collaboration with New Business, Client Management and Wellness teams, manages client relationships to develop and implement communications and engagement plans designed to support:
1st sale (client chooses to offer products to their workforce)
2nd sale (prospective customer chooses product)
3rd sale (customer visits company for care)
- Staffs company exhibit to promote, describe and answer questions about product offerings at onsite client and community events.
- Support/participate in market-level events.
- Advise support team on administrative items such as budget tracking, reporting, etc.
