The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients on complex marketing initiatives on behalf of retail, packaged goods, or financial services clients.

Role:
The account supervisor is the hub of the wheel. You’re the inclusive collaborator everyone respects and wants in the room and a reliable leader who is a vocal presence in every business partner meeting.
You take a stand and deliver your POV to help shape creative. You can direct others and influence team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You’re able to quickly learn new technology and get up to speed on the processes you need to manage workflow and budgets.

Responsibilities:
Think strategically and delivers ideas. Foster great work and push it forward with business partners. Learn the client and Personal Investing business and play a cultural role on the team. Ensure real-time that everyone knows the key priorities, that we’re operating efficiently, and creating forward momentum. Make the creative briefs and the work better. Provide superior collaboration with business partners. Monitor quality of work – make sure everything goes out flawlessly, on schedule, on strategy and on budget.

1) Young Investor and Women Investor Business Teams: Trusted partnership based on a respected point of view and flawless delivery and follow-through. They expect you to ask the right questions, to positively pushback and challenge them, and to make well-informed strategic recommendations. They can completely rely on you in any situation.



2) Cross-functional Fidelity Peers: Strong, collaborative relationships throughout the organization. Gain the respect of creatives, media, production, and other Fidelity business partners and use influence to drive compromise. You can rally cross-functional teams around great work.



3) Account Team Peers: You have a strong and trusted relationship with your account director, who can rely on you for anything.





Skills:
· Ability to operate autonomously

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· Superior organization skills

· Proven track record of end-to-end project management and delivery

· Ability to directly manage multiple projects at one time

· Ability to interpret data and generate insights – competitive, tracking, research, consumer sentiment

· Ability to build and foster solid and lasting professional relationships

· Proactivity and follow-through – ability to anticipate needs before they hit, and follow-up flawlessly on every request.

· Deep interest and prior experience in delivering advertising and communications across a multitude of channels (paid, earned, owned - print, DM, digital, etc.). Ability to stay on top of trends, track what competitors are doing, and provide well-informed recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree

· 3-5 years of experience in advertising and marketing
