Marketing Academy Project Manager

The company’s Global Brand Excellence & Equity (GBE&E) team is seeking to contract with an experienced Learning & Development (L&D), Marketing, Communications, or Business professional to serve as the associate manager.
Responsibilities:
• 35-40 hours/week – serving as Associate Manager and project lead. This includes but is not limited to:
o advising on new curriculum creation (or evolution of existing) based on internal needs/external best practices and trends;
o working as liaison between facilitators and GBE&E leadership to develop, launch, and evaluate learning programs;
o continuously evolving learning plans for marketers across various competencies, proficiency levels, and geographies;
o conducting internal landscape assessments to evaluate capability building, and making initiate recommendations based on the assessment
o leading eLearning content development and related timeline management;
o building and maintaining the curriculum calendar through consulting with various stakeholders regarding timing of capability deployment;
o coordinating training event logistics such as room reservations, RSVPs, calendar notice deployment, feedback assessment and after action reviews;
o fully leveraging and serving as administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS)

• 0-5 hours/week- Various marketing-related research projects, as needed by the broader GME&E team

Qualifications:
• Ability to serve as an excellent steward of the GBE&E and Marketing Academy brands across the organization
• Actively seeks strategic partnerships, opportunities, and platforms that will elevate The Academy’s potential, reach, adoption and reputation
• Exceptional project management skills
• Remarkable qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Impeccable organization and time management
• Compelling presentation skills (development and delivery)
• Persuasive communications skills
• Ability to work within an agile, fast paced, high volume work environment
• Positive attitude under pressure, with strong cooperative and teamwork collaboration skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook programs
• Experience in Microsoft Sharepoint, OneNote, Lync, and Yammer preferred
• Functional Literacy in SuccessFactors a plus


Education:
• Bachelors in Learning & Development (L&D), Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent required
• M.Ed. or MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a CPG business, Consulting, College/University, Learning Solutions Company, or equivalent industry

Time Requirements:
• 40 hours a week
• Hours may extend past 40 hours a week if business needs warrant and both client and contractor agree
