Marketing Project Manager

Our client is seeking a versatile, experienced Marketing Project Management professional to support a busy team within a leading healthcare provider. This role will partner with a national team to help strategize and implement projects.
Opportunity would start off part-time and may gain responsibilities as the year progresses. Potential projects include: Updating website content, comparing data, working on events -- doing research and making suggestions, internal/external communications (associate, B2B, consumer), marketing collateral development, assisting with communications/presentations and with product development and marketing & sales training support.
There is a variety of work so being able to juggle projects, track deadlines and budget, build relationships with colleagues and vendors, is key. Must also be adaptable and open to new duties and learning the way the team works to be successful in this assignment.
Candidate should have a high level of professionalism, feel comfortable taking direction and must be an extremely effective MULTI TASKER. This person must also have strong written/verbal skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and possess significant experience working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).

MUST HAVES:
- 3-5 years experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment of project management, (marketing/advertising agency or large corporate experience considered)
Highly detail-oriented, organized & quality driven and confident in your abilities
Reliable, positive and professional – with a “whatever it takes” attitude
Take direction well and not be afraid to ask questions for clarity on projects
Strong in follow-through and have high level of initiative
Self-starter with deductive thinking skills and a team-player attitude
Strategic thinker that is able to try to solve problems independently before presenting them to the team
Skilled with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn new technologies
